If you’re looking for somewhere to visit / see in the south-east…… may I highly recommend Tintern Abbey & Tintern Trails on the Hook Peninsula. A variety of interesting trails, a lovingly-tended, extensive walled-garden, an old ruined church, the Abbey itself (the daughter abbey to Tintern Abbey in Wales), and so much more……. Well worth a visit, or indeed several visits!

The fruit & vegetable section of the walled-garden was so impressive, beautifully laid out & tended.
